AR0234 Full HD + LWIR Thermal Dual Sensor Gigabit Ethernet Camera
Quanta-234CGE
Description :
Vadzo's dual sensor GigE camera pairs the onsemi AR0234 2.3MP Full HD global shutter visible sensor with a 256×192 uncooled LWIR thermal module on a single Gigabit Ethernet interface, delivering synchronized visible imaging and radiometric temperature measurement from one compact OEM camera. The AR0234 global shutter pixel design captures fast-moving scenes at up to 120 fps without motion blur or rolling shutter distortion, a fundamental advantage for robotics, machine vision, and traffic monitoring, while the 12 µm wafer-level-packaged microbolometer detector resolves thermal differences down to 40 mK across the 8–14 µm spectral band.
Every frame, full HD global shutter video, thermal video, and the full per-pixel radiometric temperature matrix are streamed to your host over GigE, so your team runs detection, classification, and alarm logic on your own edge or server platform with complete algorithm freedom. Point, region, min/max/average temperature measurement, and isotherm functions are supported natively, with a measurement range of –20°C to +550°C across two selectable modes and ±2°C / ±2% accuracy. ONVIF compliance, IEEE 1588 PTP synchronization, and PoE (802.3af) round out a single-cable, standards-based integration path. Vadzo NXT software and SDK provide stream configuration, thermal/visible channel control, pseudo-color palette selection, and radiometric data access APIs across Windows, Linux, and Android.
