All products manufactured by Vadzo shall be covered under our standard 1-year warranty program. The warranty period shall start from the date of invoice.
Our cameras play a very critical role in various applications across the industry. We take this responsibility very seriously and practice our quality management philosophy in all areas of the company.

Terms and Conditions
All products manufactured by Vadzo shall be covered under our standard 1-year warranty program. The warranty period shall start from the date of invoice. Customized products shall have individual warranty terms and conditions.
In the event of a product becoming obsolete, Vadzo shall continue to support, repair, or replace it depending on availability of spares.
To leverage the warranty repair and replacement program, Vadzo requests the purchaser to notify us within thirty days of identifying the issue. Please use the RMA request form to initiate the RMA process.
Warranty Exclusions

Packaging, cables or accessories used in conjunction with the product.

Any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, improper installation, abuse, accident, negligence, exposure to excess moisture, fire, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.

Any scratches or damages in the camera sensor after the removal of sensor cover glass.

Any damage due to electrostatic discharge.
Limited Liability
In no event shall Vadzo’s liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, or its documentation. Vadzo makes no warranty or representation, expressed, implied, or statutory, with respect to its products or the contents or use of this documentation and all accompanying software, and specifically disclaims its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any PARTICULAR purpose. Vadzo reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
