Vadzo’s Falcon-246CRS is a 2MP HDR USB 3.0 Camera based on Onsemi Hyperlux™ LH AR0246 product family Imaging Sensor coupled with high-performance ISP. The camera delivers max resolution of 2MP and Video streaming of VGA,720p and 1080p. The camera comes with advanced features such as On-sensor eHDR with 120dB and Adaptive Local Tuning Mapping (ALTM), LI-HDR, eDR, Wake-on-Motion, and so on. This eHDR + ALTM advance functions best suitable for versatile applications such as Wearable Cameras, Facial Recognition Cameras, Smart Security Cameras, Dashboard Cameras, and etc.

VISPA ARC SDK enables camera control, video streaming, and hardware management for Vadzo USB cameras on Windows and Android. It supports autofocus, still capture, ROI, image flip, SMART IO, and secure updates. Windows includes DLL support, while Android SDK ensures seamless integration with Falcon and Merlin cameras.

What is the maximum resolution the camera can support?

The camera can support a maximum resolution of 2MP.

What are the video formats supported by the camera?

Yes. Our camera samples are shipped with our default M12/S-Mount lens that supports field of view of 74DFOV. For volume procurement, our sales team can assist you with the purchase with lens or without lens.

What are the image formats supported by the camera?

The camera supports image capture in BMP and JPEG formats.

Does the camera come with lens?

Yes. Our camera samples are shipped with our default M12/S-Mount lens that supports field of view of 74DFOV. For volume procurement, our sales team can assist you with the purchase with lens or without lens.

Can I replace the lens with any lens of my choice?

Yes. The camera comes with a standard M12/S-Mount Lens Holder. You shall be able to integrate any S-Mount lens of your choice. However, you need to consider the compatibility in terms of image sensor format and FOV. There are cases where your lens might require additional LSC Corrections or Vignetting Corrections. In such cases, feel free to reach Vadzo Support Team.

Does the camera come with USB Cable?

Yes. The camera samples are shipped with Type A to Type C USB 3.0 Certified Cable. For volume procurement, our sales team can assist you with the purchase with cable or without cable.

Can I use USB 3.0 cable of my choice?

Yes. You shall be able to procure any USB 3.0 certified cable of your choice. However, to achieve the USB 3.0 performance from the camera, we recommend you procure USB 3.0 Certified Cables.

Which software application can I use to test the camera?

This is a UVC Compliant USB 3.0 Camera. To experience the complete feature set supported by the camera we recommend you test with our Vadzo Arc application available for Windows, Linux or Android.

Would Vadzo provide SDKs to access the non-UVC features supported by the camera?

Yes. Vadzo shall provide you with the SDKs to enable your application to access the non-UVC features that the camera can support. You can get access to our SDKs for Windows, Linux and Android.

Are there any Minimum Order Quantities for the camera?

No. There are no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) restrictions for the camera. Our sales team can help you with the purchase process for any volume that suits you.
