The Vadzo Dexter-1000-GigE is a 20MP industrial barcode Edge AI camera built on the onsemi AR2020, a stacked backside-illuminated CMOS sensor engineered for high-resolution imaging and exceptional low-light performance integrated with high-performance SOC with inbuilt Edge AI capabilities. It accurately decodes 1D and 2D barcode symbologies, including QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417, and Direct Part Marks (DPM), while maintaining reliable performance across codes irrespective of being small, damaged, low-contrast, and high-density codes. Multiple barcode reading, configurable ROI, and flexible trigger modes provide efficient operation in automated inspection and traceability applications. Integrated on-board microSD storage enables local image capture, event recording, and diagnostic data logging. The camera connects over Gigabit Ethernet with Power over Ethernet (PoE), delivering both data and power over a single cable for simplified industrial deployment.
