VAJRA-900MGS is a 3MP monochrome global shutter industrial camera engineered around the Sony IMX900 Pregius S sensor and the Infineon EZ-USB™ FX20 USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 controller. The architecture enables sustained data transfer rates up to 20 Gbps over a single USB Type-C interface, overcoming the throughput limitations of conventional USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 vision systems. The platform is purpose-built for high-bandwidth machine vision workloads in industrial automation, robotics, AGV/AMR systems, and embedded AI deployments.  

At its core, the Sony IMX900 3MP global shutter sensor delivers Quad HDR up to 120 dB, Fast Auto Exposure (Fast AE), Quad Shutter control, and enhances near-infrared sensitivity at 850 nm and 940 nm. These capabilities ensure distortion-free imaging, extended dynamic range capture, and stable performance in high-speed and high-contrast environments including precision inspection, robotic guidance, smart parking infrastructure, and edge AI vision systems.  

The camera implements USB Video Class (UVC) compliance for native, driverless interoperability across Windows, Linux, and embedded operating systems. The VAJRA-900MGS leverages dual-lane USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 signaling through the Infineon EZ-USB™ FX20 controller to deliver sustained data rates up to 20 Gbps over a single USB Type-C interface. This high-bandwidth pipeline enables raw, uncompressed image transfer with reduced transport latency, making it suitable for high-frame-rate machine vision, robotic perception, and mobile automation systems.  

3MP Global Shutter Imaging (2064 × 1552 | 1/3.1” Optical Format)  

Powered by the Sony IMX900 Pregius S sensor, the camera performs true global exposure capture, eliminating motion skew and rolling distortion at the pixel level. The 3-megapixel resolution ensures precise spatial accuracy in motion-critical applications such as robotic guidance, precision inspection, and AGV/AMR navigation where image integrity directly affects system control.  

Quad HDR with Extended Dynamic Range (Up to 120 dB)  

Multi-exposure HDR acquisition enables reliable imaging in scenes with significant contrast variation. The sensor preserves structural detail in both low-illumination regions and highly reflective surfaces, improving inspection consistency in complex lighting environments.  

Fast Auto Exposure Response

Enhanced Near-Infrared Performance
